Jamshedpur, July 2 ( Source - The Telegraph) : Private and unaided schools in the city will no longer have excuses for not implementing the Jharkhand Education Tribunal’s (JET) directives over fee hike.

The district education office has started sending JET notifications to all city schools, directing them to increase fees to a maximum of 15 per cent for a temporary period.

Though the JET directives were delivered on June 6, most schools have not adhered to them saying that they had not got official notification.

“We have started sending the notifications from today and the schools will have to implement them by July 7. We are sure that the directives will be implemented. Otherwise, schools may have to face adverse legal situations,” said Nagendra Thakur, the regional deputy director of education, Kolhan.

Jamshedpur, July 2 ( Source - The Telegraph) : The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) today directed the State Bank of India (SBI), the operating agency of Incab, for submitting the draft revival of schemes (DRS) of three prospective promoters at the earliest.

The directive was announced during a hearing in New Delhi today. The promoters who are in the fray to take over the ailing Incab Industries Limited include Tata Steel, R/R Kabels and Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Company.
